The L&D teams thriving today aren’t producing more — they’re producing what matters.
In this new video, I share a shift I’m seeing across high‑performing L&D teams, a move away from the old “content factory” mindset and toward operating like true product teams. Instead of measuring success by the number of courses launched or hours delivered, these teams are focusing on real performance problems and staying with those problems over time.
I walk through why this shift matters, how it strengthens partnerships with the business, and why it leads to clearer outcomes, faster iteration, and far less content bloat. I also share a few practical steps any team can take this week such as naming your learning “products,” defining outcomes, assigning ownership, building feedback loops, and shipping smaller so you can improve faster.
Watch the video and share your own shift — our community learns faster together.
