As the Executive Director for an innovative, online competency-based, modular designed program, Learn on Demand, I improved learner success, grew the initiative 350+% and delivered a profit for the first time while delivering cost and time savings to the individual anytime, anywhere. As a VP of Education I provided support to mobile clinical community focused on nursing and therapy disciplines in 11 states including continuing education curriculum, licensing, and training requirements for a senior home health care organization. I have held positions as National Leader for Curriculum and Technology Solutions with Humana Inc., serving a global learning community focused on improving performance in the business ecosystem. Prior experiences range from community college, VP for Technology/CIO, and fortune 50’s including Westinghouse and IBM in learning technology roles.
I hold a M.S. in Corporate Communications, emphasis in Instructional Design, from Ithaca College and a Ph.D. in Computing Technology in Education, emphasis in training and learning, from Nova Southeastern University.
