Welcome to this month’s Ryan Report filled with news to use and ideas to share.  This month I share the 1st of 4 videos as I outline the reasons to develop career paths and use competencies to create a connection between professional development and the business criteria in a role that leads to performance success. I’m looking at more topics on The Great Resignation, or the Great Reshuffle, as it continues to impact organizations and find that taking time to listen and consider compensation options (more than salary) may be beneficial and I found 6 techniques to move your New Year’s resolutions towards results. I knew learning was good for you, but new studies find there’s facts behind the feelings along with performance impacts too!
