The Ryan Report: October 2021

Welcome to this month’s Ryan Report filled with news to use and ideas to share.  This month I share thoughts on how you can change the Great Resignation to a Great Recruitment, look at ways people, and organizations, are defining their need for “flexibility”, and a leadership technique called collective leadership and how it might be a way to live and lead in the workplace we are in.

There doesn’t seem to be a definitive end to remote work and I see the time is kNOW to create a hybrid, flexible, work model to meet the needs of the organization and team mates. Let’s Zoom or even use the phone to talk because together we are stronger and we don’t need being remote or at a distance to keep us from connecting and engaging – let’s learn and work together!  I’ll bring some coffee….
