Learning for now, Learning Strategies, Ryan Report

The Ryan Report: October 2026

This month’s video explores a theme that consistently shapes performance across every industry I’ve worked in: manager involvement in learning. When managers help frame the why, model the behaviors, and reinforce the skills, learning becomes part of the workflow — not just another requirement to complete.

Over the past few weeks, as I’ve worked with teams and leaders, a few patterns have kept surfacing: the quiet challenges we navigate in daily interactions, the small wins that matter most as we transform our teams and ourselves, and the technology trends reshaping our organizations — if we’re willing to make a few intentional changes first.

Below, I’ve gathered three short reflections that speak to those moments. I hope one of them gives you something useful to take back into your day. Scroll down and let’s dig in together.

And if any (or all) of these ideas spark curiosity, let’s make time to connect and explore them further. Click here — I’ll have the coffee ready.
