The Ryan Report: August 2022

Happy July and welcome the hot days of summer! In this issue of The Ryan Report (with news to use & ideas to share) brings a new video that highlights how the curiosity of trying to connect the different components in an organization becomes a process of constantly finding new information encouraging growth and learning, supports the work in a new book on this topic too! I also share new research on aligning people to purpose drives retention and how companies are redesigning floor space to attract people to return and how repurposed space may drive intentional collaboration while supporting flexible, hybrid, work. Combined, the goal is to enhance team collaboration, build business connections, and foster new ways to work collaboratively in a hybrid flexible workplace.
