Welcome to this month’s Ryan Report filled with news to use and ideas to share. This month I share the 2nd of 4 videos as I outline the reasons to develop career paths and use competencies to create a connection between professional development and the business criteria in a role that leads to performance success. In this video, I describe the building block process I use in involving the practitioners as they perform. I also found that money isn’t the long-term fix to retention, there’s a theme centered on creating more open conversations across levels of the organization as you move forward in the digital world we’re living in and that the conversations need to be based in trust so we can get to what matters to the organization, results.
