Stop Rewarding Attendance Over Actual Impact

In this video, I address the growing trend of organizations punishing or rewarding employees based on their physical work location rather than their actual performance and impact. I argue that this approach is not only misguided, but it risks seriously undermining employee retention, trust, and overall organizational productivity. I urge leaders to focus on building a people-centric strategy centered on empowerment, flexibility, and outcome-based recognition – not outdated notions of compliance and physical presence.
