Still using a job description written by someone else many years ago to recruit people today? When I work with clients about using skills-based models, I utilize the 4 P’s framework to focus on operational performance and productivity. In this video, I outline the 4 P’s: Product, Process, Performance and People. Join me as I describe and show how we can utilize the 4 P’s framework to build out career pathways and use learning strategically to develop teammates and help the organization achieve its goals and objectives.

Many of us have dealt with toxic workplaces and being remote and/or hybrid doesn’t change that. Quick look at leadership techniques to create a performance culture. Another impact to community centers on mandates to be in-office, purpose has value. New report looks at AI in the HR space and questions to ask the vendors to set clear expectations.
