The Ryan Report: December 2022

As the year closes, I extend my wishes for you and all those you hold close for a happy and healthy holiday season, may the lights of the season bring us together and remind us that within the community our differences are also our strengths. I like to look ahead and share my #Trends2023 (and a short video) and in my most recent Ryan Report I share ideas to consider on how you organize your staffing model using gig and consultants rather than full-time workers. I also share a report looking to trends with my takeaway being a focus on supporting the person at the time and place of need with the emphasis on place being every and anywhere. Finally, while many trends center on the technology and impacting performance I want to share a thought about creating an impact with your teammates regardless of location by taking the time to be personal.

May the season bring you time to be with friends, family, and new opportunities to reflect on the joy this life brings. Fairs winds, blue skies, good health to all with my thanks and gratitude for your friendship and fellowship in learning. Please consider making time to talk more about the news you can use and ideas we can share in the coming year. Let’s have a zoom-coffee so we can keep the conversation going, we don’t need being remote or at a distance to keep us from connecting and engaging – let’s learn and work together!  I’ll bring some coffee….
