The Ryan Report – June 2022

Happy June and welcome the longest day of the year with this issue of The Ryan Report with news to use & ideas to share. Look for smaller physical footprints soon and hiring continues to be a challenge for many yet a recent post looks at ways we could be making this harder on ourselves by imposing unrealistic criteria for open roles, let’s consider ripping up the Paper Ceiling. f course, once they’re onboard the question is will they stay? New research reinforces the idea that more feedback and interactions a person has with their immediate supervisor the odds of their staying increase.
