Welcome to this month’s Ryan Report filled with news to use and ideas to share. This month I share thoughts ways to build trust with teams in all locations even when hybrid is in full use, I look into how the 5 rungs of Tuckman’s Ladder (Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing, and Mourning,) can be a tool you can use to help your team define its processes, and I explore how the metaverse might be a tool to create and share reality rather than separate. I also ponder if we have a labor shortage, or a shortage of good jobs filled with leaders worth following and purposes with meaning?
