Welcome to this month’s Ryan Report filled with news to use and ideas to share. This month I share 3 lessons learned as I moved an in-person event to a blended, online experience and a look at the impact trust has on our teams, can you train for trust? We may want to consider how to orient ourselves into the “office” however, and wherever, it may be, we might all need to have a shared onboarding experience.
There doesn’t seem to be a definitive end to remote work and I see the time is kNOW to create a hybrid, flexible, work model to meet the needs of the organization and team mates. Let’s Zoom or even use the phone to talk because together we are stronger and we don’t need being remote or at a distance to keep us from connecting and engaging – let’s learn and work together! I’ll bring some coffee….
