The Ryan Report: July 2021

Welcome to this month’s Ryan Report filled with news to use and ideas to share.  I would love to hear your feedback and new topics you are interested in learning more about and I’m always open to a conversation.

This month we look at some ideas to balance going back into the office along with thoughts around hiring should focus on degree or being able to demonstrate capabilities. And we highlight improvisation as a leadership skills and learning in the hybrid space will need to focus on blending interactivity, collaboration, and competencies into the flow of work.

Let’s Zoom or even use the phone to talk because together we are stronger and we don’t need being remote or at a distance to keep us from connecting and engaging – let’s learn and work together!  I’ll bring the coffee….
